Nonexistent Reality/Scott McLean "Soul" - new song (alternative blues rock)

Nonexistent Reality:
Song title:  "Soul" by Scott McLean
Scott McLean - vocals, guitar, songwriter, experimental improv and ideas

My influences for this song include experimental, folk, folk-rock, blues, grunge, proto-grunge. With much respect to these musicians and singers, they include Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, Neil Young, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, ZZ Top, Staind, Nirvana, Kurt Cobain, Eddie Vedder, Pearl Jam, Nuncyspungen, Sonic Youth, Dinosaur Jr., Captain Beefheart/Don Van Vliet, U.S. Maple, Al Johnson,  Mick Jagger, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Iggy Pop & The Stooges, and many more.

Also, my thinking about (what is) the soul and what inspires me to do a song like this one, radio talk-show guests such as Steve Quayle and Katherine Albrecht, and others.  I like the radio show Coast to Coast AM with George Noory.  My friends and family, ministers, pastors, and the many good people in churches I've attended or visited also influenced my thinking.  The song pushes the limits and is left open to interpretation.  This isn't a religious song but it's just to get people thinking about what the soul is and what are we on the inside and after this life.  This song is NOT a reference to anyone who recently passed away and besides, I created this song and had planned to publish it almost two weeks ago on February 1, 2012 but I am just publishing it here now.
